Here is the menu for Caribbean Night at Kentucky BBQ Co. The appetizer is Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Chili Sauce. For the soup we will have Bahamian Conch Chowder. I am doing a twsit on a Haitian dish called Griots which is fried pork, but instead I am doing it with Spare Ribs (this is delicious). Also from Cuba we will have Cordero en Salsa de Vino Rojo (Lamb Shanks braised in Red Wine Sauce). From Jamaica we will have Jerk Chicken with Plantains. The entrees are served with Black Beans and Rice and your choice of soup or salad. For dessert we will have Key Lime Pie.
As always we will feature music from the Caribbean and our drink specials are Mojitos and Red Stripe Beer. See you there, mon!
