Ruth’s Chris chef Anthony Lusiak will serve food to match the wines of wine maker Caitlin Pianetta of Pianetta Winery in Paso Robles. Lusiak and Ruth’s Chris General Manager Jeff Leppert will be serving barbecued shrimp, sauteed New Orleans style, mini steak sandwiches with USDA approved prime beef and caramelized banana cream pie.
