Sept. 25-27

Bellarmine University
$3; 11 a.m.-10 p.m. (Sat.), 11:30 a.m.-6 p.m. (Sun.)

Louisville’s annual Irish Fest is moving its shenanigans back to the Bellarmine campus this year, its 19th. Whether you have the luck of the Irish coursing through your veins or just like to play Irish every March, all are encouraged to join in on the three-day festivities, which include: live music by the likes of The Derby Boys, Cloigheann, Guilderoy Byrne, the Louisville Pipe Band and more; grub by Molly Malone’s, Pat’s Steakhouse, O’Shea’s and more; and a production of the Irish comedy “The Shaughraun,” which kicks off the fest Friday night at 7:30 p.m. Also new this year is an exhibit of Irish dog breeds and free Gaelic language lessons. Slainte! Sara Havens
