Finnigan Productions is currently accepting submissions for its Third Annual Festival of Funky Fresh Fun, a theater festival celebrating local writers, actors and directors April 15-24 2010. Finnigan’s Festival of Funky Fresh Fun presents an evening of 7-9 ten-minute plays written by local writers, directed by local directors and performed by a chorus of ten local actors.
Submission guidelines are as follows:
- Play cannot be longer than ten minutes.
- Play must be written by someone who resides in the greater Louisville area.
- Play must be easily considered to be one or any combination of the following: Funky, Fresh or Fun.
- Playwright may submit up to two ten-minute plays.
Plays included in the festival will be paired with a local director and each individual playwright’s involvement through the rehearsal process will become as inclusive as they choose it to be.
