Gena Neumann will debut a series of new works at Gallery Janjobe, 1860 Mellwood Ave., 899-9293, from Aug. 27-Sept. 19. Constructed of reclaimed metals and new materials the show is titled “Symbols.”

Among the seven new freestanding works is featured a 7-foot hand-hammered, fired, multi-layered sculpture called “Symbolon.” This piece is encoded with messages that can be deciphered with research and an open mind. The buyer of the piece will receive a decoded key one-year after purchase.
