“Equine Divine” at KMAC

The Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft, 715 W. Main St., 589-0102, will host “Equine Divine” from Aug. 7-Oct. 16. Fitting for an organization in the heart of the horse industry, this exhibition will feature work by two artists, Deborah Butterfield and Tim Flach, who are inspired by our equine companions. There will also be a small selection of equine inspired prints and drawings from the Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine and The Purdue University Galleries. The opening reception will be held in conjunction with the First Friday Trolley Hop on Friday, August 6th from 5-9:00 pm.

This exhibition is being held in celebration of the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games, which will be held in Lexington, KY from Sept. 25 – Oct. 10.
