“Embroidery Fun” at Carnegie

Pre-registration required.

The Carnegie Center, 201 E. Spring St. in New Albany, is hosting “Embroidery Fun” (for ages 9-12) from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. on Saturdays April 7, 14, 21 and 28. Taught by Jonna Frakes, students will learn and practice four beginning embroidery stitches to create a design on fabric, which will be transformed into a hand-crafted pillow to take home. The materials fee for this class is $10 per student, cash or check only, payable to Carnegie Center, Inc. The class is limited to 12 students, ages 9-12. Pre-registration is required (812-944-7336) and only confirmed after payment of class fee in full.

The deadline to register is April 4.
