K.A.S. Gallery Spirit & Bottega, 1806 Frankfort Ave., is presenting artist Fahrudin Omeromic from  Oct. 20-Dec. 1. The reception is Friday, Oct. 26 at 6:30 p.m.

Art Sanctuary, 1433 S. Shelby St., 299-2652, is showing “Thirty Three Quarters: a motorcycle helmet art event” on Saturday, Oct. 20 fro, 7 p.m.-12 a.m. $5.

“With Child: Art and Parenting” is at Spalding’s Huff Gallery, 853 Library Lane, 585-7122, from Oct. 21-Dec. 9. The opening is Sunday, Oct. 21 from 2-4 p.m.

Jewelry by Quattra 4 (Lona Northener, Sharon Major, Roxy Lentz and Lesley Rahner-Ewald) will be sold in the Terrance Room of the Louisville Boat Club, 4200 River Rd. on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Benefiting the Shamrock Pet Foundation.

The Patio Gallery at the Jewish Community Center, 3600 Dutchmans Lane, 459-0660, is showing work by the Kentucky Plein Air artists from Oct. 21-Nov. 27 with a reception on Sunday, Oct. 21 from 2-4 p.m.

“Seeking Bob Thompson: Diaogue/Object” is at the Cressman Center, 100 E. Main St., 852-0288, from Oct. 20-Nov. 11.

“Alternative Housing, Iconic Sculptures” by Bill Whorrall is at Galerie Hertz, 1253 S. Preston St., 581-8277. The opening reception is Sunday, Oct. 21 from 1-4 p.m.
