Dec. 7 First Friday Trolley Hop

The First Friday Trolley Hop is the first Friday of the month, Dec. 7. Explore the art galleries, museums, shops and restaurants along East and West Main and Market Streets from 5-11 p.m. Hop on and off the free trolley.

Decca Restaurant and Lounge, 812 E. Market St., 749-8128, is featuring “signs of life and other,” a new photography installation through March. The opening is during First Friday from 5-7 p.m.


“Different Worlds” by Henry Horenstein is at the Paul Paletti Gallery, 589-9254, 713 E. Market St., from Dec. 7-Feb. 22. The opening reception is Friday, Dec. 14 from 5-8 p.m.

The Tim Faulkner Gallery is showing new work during First Friday: Amy Goforth’s “Spirit of the Devilfish,” KSA’s Underground Art Club and Waller Austin.

New work by Mary Newton is at the Firehouse Gallery, 221 S. Hancock, 713-9221. It will be on display from Dec. 7-31, with the opening during First Friday from 6-9 p.m.
