17th Annual Imagine! Scholarship Fundraiser

Whole Foods donates to LVAA on Nov. 14

The Louisville Visual Art Association, 584-8166, has been selected as the recipient organization for Whole Foods Market Community Giving Day. On Wednesday, Nov. 14, 5% of the store’s net sales will be donated to the LVAA. This 5% will be put towards LVAA’s community outreach program, Open Doors.

The Fund for the Arts has a new micro-funding website called power2give. The site offers a way to match nonprofit arts and cultural projects to individuals and corporations interested. Organizations list detailed project costs and accept donations ranging from $1 to $10,000.
